It’s been a fucking rough first quarter for us here. Not only has the company grown smaller despite the demand for the opposite, we’ve completely depleted our stock but we’ve AGAIN cleared our queue and will be back to accepting orders in May.
To combat the issue with our store site allowing for orders that we simply don’t have the stock for, we’ve narrowed our available color palettes SIGNIFICANTLY and are launching a newly streamlined store that doesn’t allow for as many combinations and customization options so we don’t get so overwhelmed. This allows for more accurate estimations of available stock subsequently cutting down on return times.
As well, we’ve decided to maintain our small business size with only 1 full time and 1 part time manufacturer as well as a dedicated customer service rep. This means that all of your items are personally crafted in house by working artisans and your order can be tracked by one HOB rep. We hope to stand by our 6-8 week delivery period and that these changes will contribute to that guarantee for all our orders.
We know that we’ve served many of you well and we know that we’ve done a few terribly wrong while our little company that could went through the “changes”. We are striving to make every relationship a healthy, happy, rubber coutured one.
We’re taking spring/summer easy, considering some personal issues that have stormed through our company. But, rest assured that we are rebranding and launching a whole new label this Fall.
